Sloan Park Spring Training Guide for Chicago Cubs Fans


It’s been an adventure getting here, but MLB 2022 Spring Training is finally here.

Major League Baseball and the players’ association have settled their differences enough to end the lockdown and allow Cactus League to start, albeit later than normal.

Spring training will also be a bit shorter this year — teams will play 17 to 22 games in Arizona, down from the usual 30 — between March 17 and April 5. Opening day is April 7.
