These 6 kids won the Live 95.9 Halloween costume contest

For the second year in a row, Live 95.9 hosted the Virtual Halloween Costume competition. This year Bodywork Hardware (Your local hardware experts serving the locals since 1928) joined us to help make this contest a reality. We understand that with COVID-19 still around, some families may have wanted to proceed with caution and skip the annual stuff or treat festivities this year. Anyway, we wanted to brighten up the day and add a little extra twist for some lucky ones.

The way the contest worked is that we had five categories in which families could submit a photo of their children in costume. The categories included the following:

  • The funniest
  • The most original
  • The most frightening
  • The cutest
  • Best mask

Competitors had a period of time during which they could submit photos. Each category had a winner and the winners will receive $ 100 per category. Think about all the goodies that winners can buy with this big change. Earlier this morning (11/2) Live 95.9 with the help of Bart Raser of Carr Hardware selected the five winners during “Slater and Marjo” in the morning.

A total of 110 people entered the contest and here are our grand prize winners. Following our winners is a list of all of this year’s competitors. All winners are from Berkshire County.
